You will taste some of the finest wines from the Maison Joseph Drouhin collection at Noizé, the exciting new French restaurant owned by Mathieu Germond, former co-owner and manager of Michelin starred Pied à Terre.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with Pol Roger champagne and canapés. During the course of the evening, specially selected wines from Burgundy’s prestigious Maison Joseph Drouhin will be paired with a four course dinner, each dish meticulously chosen by Mathieu.

Our wine editor Bruce Palling will be joined by Cassidy Dart, Pol Roger’s Director of Wine, and together they will provide insight and tasting notes for each wine. This is a unique opportunity to experience fine wine and superb food in a beautiful setting.
