Police have sealed off a row of shops in Yoker in Glasgow following unconfirmed reports of an explosion being heard.

One theory being investigated is that the incident was part of an attempt to steal from a cash machine.

An ATM is believed to have been substantially damaged.

Police Scotland have been unable to give any details of the incident, or to comment on reports that a man has been seriously injured.
