Romelu Lukaku’s goal against CSKA Moscow ended a run of five games without a goal for Man United, which is good news ahead of the derby against Man City on Sunday.

And the striker is also chasing a feat only Diego Forlan has achieved, with the former United man being the only player to have scored in three successive league appearances against a side managed by Pep Guardiola.

The Uruguyan managed it for Atletico Madrid against Barcelona between March 2009 and February 2010. Lukaku, meanwhile, scored in both of Everton’s Premier League matches against City last season, his last with the club until his £75 million summer move to United.
