Jamie Murray and Martina Hingis were crowned the Wimbledon mixed doubles champions in a final which saw the battle of the Brits.

Murray faced Heather Watson on Centre Court in a match which split the home crowd’s support.

Defending champions Watson and Finland’s Henri Kontinen put up a fight, but Murray and his partner triumphed 6-4 6-4 to take the title.
